Acceptable Use Policy
Clients agree not to use Porto in these ways.
Sensitive information
Don’t configure an intake to ask for health information, government ID numbers, payment card numbers, passwords, or information about children.
Pretending to be human
Don’t remove or disguise the AI disclosure, or give the assistant a persona that suggests it is a person.
Unfair screening
Fit scores can’t use race, religion, gender, age, disability, nationality or other protected characteristics, directly or through stand ins.
Regulated decisions
Don’t use Porto to decide on credit, employment, housing or insurance without our written agreement.
Unlawful or deceptive use
No spam, scams, misleading claims or anything illegal where you or your visitors are.
